　　W21( NC.CNC ）Series CNC four roller plate bending machine can feed sheet metal at one time without turning the head, and the remaining straight edge is the smallest among all kinds of bending machines. The upper roll and the lower roll are active rolls in this series of plate bending machines. Driven by hydraulic motor: the side roll is driven by the friction between the steel plate and each roller; the position of the upper roll is fixed; the lower roll and the side roll are driven by parallel oil cylinders at both ends; the overturning and reset of the inverted body at the unloading end of the upper roll is driven by the oil cylinder; in order to improve the stiffness of the lower roll, a back-up roll is installed in the center of the lower roll, which is driven by the oil cylinder.

　　This series of bending machine has the following remarkable characteristics:

　　1. The work roll bearing adopts the self-aligning roller bearing for rolling mill, with small friction resistance, less power loss and long service life. Low energy consumption.

　　2. The synchronous lifting of both ends of the lower roll and the side roll, the control of the taper inclination and the average adjustment are automatically controlled by the CNC system with high control accuracy.
